Ultrasound before Xiaflex question

(69yo male) Over the past 8 months, I have noticed an increasing curvature while I'm erect and new symptoms of ED. I made an appointment and was examined by a urologist. He examination of me found palpable plaque and confirmed Peronie's. He scheduled an ultrasound at his office for next week. The ultrasound he ordered shows a CPT code of 93981. I did some internet homework and find that this is a limited or follow-up ultrasound that is done without injection. I read that a flacid ultrasound is very limited in finding non-calcified plaques or has the ability to measure blood flow and possible cause of ED, as compared to an erect ultrasound. While I don't look forward to getting injections down there, I want as much information on the table before deciding to go ahead with Xiaflex injections or surgery. I don't want to go through months of painful shots only to hear later, I should have gone the surgical route. Should I (can I) demand a comprehensive ultrasound or will this show what is needed? Tks for reading!

Μy ultrasound with erection i dont think that added to much knowledge
I have two palpable spots so the ultrasound confirmed them
I dont think that it will add something to the therapeutic protocol
Its always the same
Daily Taladafil-Traction basically

I think that its more important when there is no palpable plaque

Ok you may find out more about the plaque for example if you have calcification and a more accurate estimation of the size of the plaque but thats all.

One benefit is that you can monitor with bigger accuracy the development in the future but that means more ultrasounds with erection for comparison.

Yes but by another doctor
Doctor with flaccid ultrasound didnt diagnosed peyronies(maybe peyronies)
Doctor with erected ultrasound diagnosed peyronies with palpation and my description and after half an hour confirmed with erected ultrasound

i think it was a matter of experience and not a matter of flacid/erected
