How do you manage masturbation alongside your routine using a traction device?

I know everyone is different but I was curious as to how people managed their masturbation habits and timings for using their traction device (e.g. Restorex)

For me, I have found that even If I masturbate first thing in the morning and wait until the evening to have a stretching session, the penis still feels less pliable and more prone to pain than If I hadnt masturbated at all.

As a result, I'm currently limiting masturbation to once per week and has enabled me to have a more consistent stretching routine.

For added context, I only ever engage in stretching sessions If I have warmed the tissue beforehand, either with the use of a heatpad or a hot shower.

Yes masturbation can interfere with your traction schedule. It is just too much for the penis to deal with, so to speak. When I used traction I would always be careful in any sexual activity that might aggravate things more. Remember that inflammation is at the heart of this diseases and fuels it. Keeping things calm and warmed up helps with this dreaded disease.

So what would you do? Not use traction on days you masturbate?

I would not use traction on the days that I had sex either from intercourse or masturbation. I would use heat therapy though as it has helped me tremendously with healing. Also remember to have a hard erection and use a lot of lube. Finally be gentle and don't go for a marathon session either. :)

Damn, so if you are supposed to be using Traction therapy, like Restorex twice a day, that basically means masturbation or sex is off the table...

You need to see how your body is responding to traction. Everyone is different and has different levels of inflammation. You don't want to make things worse.
