Confused about penimaster tension

Hello! I've recently been diagnosed with peyronies, my doctor recommended penimaster pro, ive worn it for 2 weeks now, at an arbitrary length that seems to give an ok stretch. Doctor gave me a cm measurement to start at, but there is nowhere stating where to start and end measurement, which is why I say arbitrary

Anyhow, for the 2 weeks I've been stretching- I have not been able to get any of the rings to be hidden, to signify I was getting any tension... only when angling the device straight out

I have always been wearing the device straight down, then it immediately shows all 5 lines again, indicating no tension.  has anyone been able to get higher tension or at least getting it to read that way on the device, when the device is angled downward??

Just want to make sure im making all these hours count and im using it effectively ha. Appreciate the help and any insights at all around this

Thanks

Hi!

Yes, it's a bit confusing at first. The important thing is that you don't pull the maximum weight right away, but that you take it a little cautiously and then increase it.

One piece of advice is to not worry so much about measuring your penis. Instead, look at the tension rods, and screw on an extra length if necessary, to get the right tension.

When I asked the support how to think about weight, I got the following answer:

Day 1 wearing only the glans chamber 0,5h - 1h

Day 2 wearing only the glans chamber 1h - 2h

Day 3 wearing ontly the glans chamber 2h - 6h

Day 4 wearing ontly the glans chamber 6h - 8h

Day 5 using pulling force 200 gramm - 400 gramm 0,5h - 1h

Day 6 using pulling force 200 gramm - 400 gramm 1h - 2h

Day 7 using pulling force 200 gramm - 400 gramm 2h - 6h

Day 8 using pulling force 200 gramm - 400 gramm 6h - 8h

Day 9 using pulling force 200 gramm - 500 gramm 3h - any

Day 10 using pulling force 200 gramm - 600 gramm 3h - any

Day 11 using pulling force 200 gramm - 700 gramm 3h - any

Day 12 using pulling force 200 gramm - 800 gramm 3h - any

Day 13 using pulling force 200 gramm - 900 gramm 3h - any

Day 14 using pulling force 200 gramm - individual maximum (recommend 1250 gramm) 3h - any

Day 15 and more days using pulling force 200 gramm - individual maximum (recommend 1250 gramm) 3h - any

Yes what Johanw has stated. I started with the PMP and I likes it a lot. It is very gentle traction and it did work for me at restoring a lot of the damage done by peyronies. Time invested is the key also. I had to cut a piece of small cushion to pad my pelvic bone as it did hurt me after wearing it for long periods and I had to take it off for 5 minutes at a time.

Appreciate you guys!  :)  Will review your timeline, good to know the progression.

That makes sense, might as well stress less about measuring as the sensation of stretch should probably be the main guide - I guess it's me being overly cautious and trying to gauge what's too much vs what's not enough tension... I think the part thats tough is - I don't see any tension via the lines unless the device is pointed straight out, then I can at least see 200g (1 line hidden)

I mostly wear the device angled down, which then shows no tension, but I do still feel a bit of a stretch - out of curiosity - what angle were you guys wearing it? And did you have same issue where down angle loses the tension shown with the lines? Let me know if that makes sense.

It makes me wonder if I need even more length on the rods for the down angle, or if I should find a solution to keep the device pointing straight out.  ???

I wore mine downwards, or tilted downwards if I was sitting down.
It sounds like you should put on more extension rods.

Then you can always change the adjustment screw, so it will be longer. You can do that while you are wearing the device.

A mistake that many people make (according to Dr. Trost) is that there is hardly any tension at all on their devices.

Hi, I am also trying to start PMP and am confused a bit.

Most likely I understood that with traction it should only hold the glans of the penis.

With PMP it sucks in part of my shaft and also the frenulum (at least in the sluice). I am now worried to start to apply tension as I don't want it to damage the shaft.

I wrote the support, but they don't respond to my question just informing to follow the manual...

Is part of your shaft also in the sluice or do you pretty much "see the edge of your glans" where the sluice starts?

Do you feel a bit of uneasy feeling around the frenulum after using it (even in my case for 10 minutes as I am just starting out).

Thanks

Hello!

The glans should be inside the chamber, the edge should be just inside.

The frenulum is also inside a bit, and for me it became very swollen after several hours. Well, VERY swollen. But after an hour or so the swelling went down.

Try to angle the glans when you put it in, so that as little of the frenulum ends up inside.

Yes it is normal for a part of your frenulum and shaft to be inside...

I think my challenge is that my plans sits a bit more "on top" of the penis compared to the average. Therefore it sucks in as much of the frenulum/underside as my glans is long, if that makes sense.

Do you know if there are any pictures around of how PMP looks like applied correctly? The videos they use only show a fake penis with uniform color so it is quite difficult to see where exactly it ends in the chamber.

Thanks

Here is one that I took from a video.... The glans is completely inside of the chamber as is the frenulum.

Ok thanks, I think that is how it looks for me too except that the sluice is a bit tighter. I read that they now have a stronger rubber compared to earlier yellow versions one sees in videos. It is quite difficult to get in, but I guess it is all about training and getting used to the feeling.

I have a urologist visit in October, there I will try to get a final OK for traction (and testosterone). Hopefully I am on track then for final recovery for my deformity, erection strength and peace of mind (as much as possible). 🤞
