The entire shorter side towards the stomach is terribly hard during erection, almost painful and uncomfortable like the root. I also think that this side has not developed the correct shape, because it looks like a plate bent upwards. Also the angle in relation to the stomach is even greater, which together with the curve considerably reduces the possibilities for maneuvering. When erect, it is almost impossible to lower the penis down, the entire suspensory ligament simply appears, expressed in such a way that I believe it is, and a doctor from Morocco told me that it is a problem because it is short by a larger angle. It is difficult to maintain an erection, I am 44 so I am worried that something is wrong with the flow. Another doctor suggested that the curve be corrected from the middle to the end, although I think the biggest problem is at the root. A third, who is also more famous, said that it is all normal. If anyone has any advice, it would be welcome.

I split your post into its own thread. I think you will get more visibility and feedback this way. My honest opinion is that your erection looks pretty normal. Yes, you have a high angle but that is not unusual. I've seen a lot of pictures, and this presents like a congenital curve.

Has it always been this way, or have there been any recent changes in your erection and the way it appears?

Since when I remember this is the situation.
