I had plication surgery - I would not recommend

I had plication and modified Nesbit surgery in 2015.
I lost almost 1.5 inches in length and similar in girth.
An implant 3 years later restored my girth and 1some of my length.
It straightened my penis and fixed the hinge, but I wish I had took the leap and gotten the implant instead.
Although I was lucky and got my girth plus, I never fully recovered my length.
