Interested to see what people would want to see, if Pathright Medical were to release a follow-up successor to the restorex. A Restorex 2.0!

My top three are below:

1. Make the clamp more comfortable or provide an option similar to the Comfort Grip add-on, developed in the UK.

2. Allow the position of the bend-angle mechanism to be adjusted at more points along the user's shaft. It is currently limited to a specific point, which only really makes it suitable for average individuals with plaque towards to the top end of the shaft, as opposed to the middle, or towards the base.

3. Allow adjustments for the less well endowed. It seems that for those of us with less flaccid length to play with, it can be a lot trickier to use the device and even more so when attempting to stretch at an angle.

Ukguy1234:

This is a pretty cool idea for a thread. I even think that once we have some good points, that we can post this on Dr. Trost's section or forward it to Pathright medical as a suggestion for their product.

1- I second this. Having a different clamp stile would be a good idea. Possibly an improvement on Comfort grip, or at least insuring that it has the same pulling power as the clamp stile.

2- regarding this point, I am under the impression i read somewhere in this board that it doesn't have an added benefit. If you put it close enough to were you want apply a bend, then it works as well. Not sure this was on a thread in Dr. Trosts section that i saw it or on the normal board itself where somebody linked a URL.

3- I agree. At the very least, have a nicely done section in the booklet that comes with the device where you list all the tips and tricks on dealing with a shorter size and stretching section with restorex.

Why do some people need to buy a second base?

Because they use the longer rods when straight stretching and shorter rods when counterbending.

I considered buying a second base and soon decided not to due to costs and difficulty having spare parts shipped to the UK.

I unscrew the screws from the base each time. Have been doing it for so long now it's become quick and easy.

BentKnob is correct.
I have to use the long rods for straight tension, but when I do the counterbend, the rods are in the way so the device can't pivot.
