ECA CREAM

Hello, I want to post about something I will be trying very soon since it looks very promising and I have seen no one post about it here before, hopefully this can bring some light to this issue, i will be writing about how I found this and how it might help:

So i came across a spanish forum for Peyronies disease and saw a post from someone who claimed complete regression of 1 plaque and a 5mm reduction in size in his second plaque. He said he contacted the creators of a cream called "crema ECA" which is a cream made to treat tendinitis and calcifications, used by athletes. Well, he contacted them through facebook after using the cream for a while and seeing results, but having some skin irritation, the owners made for him a special formula of the cream that was not so harsh of the skin since the penis is a sensible area, and he kept using it until the date of the post where he claimed the disappearance of 1 plaque and reduction in size of another one. The owners of the cream told him it had been used for cases of Peyronies before with success, so he gave it a try and it worked.

The post is a couple of years old and since then I believe they did trials for that new formula for sensitive areas and I believe that variant is called "Crema ECA zonas sensibles" and is already available for purchase.

So far I have had this disease for approximately 5 years, and didn't take any action on it until this last year, tried traction which made it worse for me personally and VED with mixed results, what did work for me so far was 5mg daily of cialis and propolis supplement, recently i have also been experimenting with DMSO + Abscorbic acid which seems to have softened the plaques and improved my erectile function, but since the start of DMSO, although it has benefits, I also have pain on the area while flaccid, Which I speculate might be from the plaque being softened and healing after years of being hardened and stable??? (Would appreciate an answer on this). So far my penis hangs better than ever while flaccid and feels more full.

Nevertheless, I am planning on trying this ECA cream applying it 2x times a day like the original poster, hope this will be the definitive solution some of us are looking for since this cream penetrates deep into the tissues and is expressely made to remove calcifications.

Original poster claims his only option at the time was surgery, and after using this cream he managed to avoid surgery since he could recover a perfectly nornal sex life.

I very much doubt this would work.

The plaque is buried deep within the penis. A cream won't be able to dissolve a plaque.

Your best bet is Xiaflex.

Xiaflex is sadly not available here, I contacted the creator and they sent me a pdf on a very specific protocol which has worked for people before, I will try this and repost on the results wether it works or does absolutely nothing I will notify.

I do have some hope regarding this though since it was used successfully before and I don't see how it wouldn't work on fibrosis on the tunica albuginea but it does work every time on calcifications deep in the feet tissue with the original cream

You can get Xiaflex in Europe still in it's generic form collagenase.

There are doctors that get it prescribed on a patient by patient basis.

1 month in, only using ECA cream, no apparent change, might not be worth after all. I did notice the big benefits of cialis though, since I ran out of it and decided to keep going for a while without it. So far I can say cialis is the one thing that makes the biggest difference
