We have all run into sex anxiety while taking breaks for Xiaflex injections. Some Drs say 4 weeks and mine says 2 weeks. I am sure it depends on physical manipulations from one person to another. Personally, the vibrations take care of my issue within about 3 minutes with no hand or partner manipulation that would cause physical harm. Only an opinion.

With that said, I think the design has merit for Peyronie's benefits. Maybe not in the current form but the mechanical aspects seem to be applicable.

The unit is metal on the outside and has a flesh like sleeve probably 1/2"-3/4" thick for the penis that uses a pump to displace air from the sleeve and cause a suction on the penis upon release of the air pressure. This is done by lubricating the penis, inserting, then push a button to squeeze the remaining air out of the sleeve. Then another button is pushed to release the air. This lets the sleeve expand forming and pulling the penis.

I think the idea could be expanded to a VED concept where there is a plastic or silicone sleeve inside a VED that can be collapsed on the penis with a pump to remove the air in the sleeve, and then reverse the pump so a new suction is applied. That would not only cause a vacuum but a comfortable controlled straightening effect at the same time with the sleeve. That would replace using different sized tubes that are probably uncomfortable when erection curvature impacts the side of the tube.
