New app for assessing Peyronies

The attached document was forwarded to me. I had the other moderators review it and we feel it is appropriate to post on the forum. It is by Endo Pharmaceuticals which is the company that developed Xiaflex. It could have a bit of a marketing slant to it. But some may find it useful

Do you think it would be a good idea to recommend this app for the new members at the board? As a resource to help them out?

Just waiting to see some feedback on it. But yes I think could be a recommended document.

From what I have read and seen in the flow chart I believe that this could be a real asset in helping the user in regards to peyronies.
