HomemTorto

Hello,

This is my first post here. I am in my first month of Peyronies, oficially diagnosed by an urologist, and I am currently starting oral therapy to as I believe it's worth the shot to reduce the consequences of acute phase.

I am currently taking:
Cialis 5mg
Vitamin E 1000 UI
CoQ 10 - 300 mg

And I'd like to add L-Citrullien or L-Carnitine into the mix but I have been quite confused about the difference between them and which one showed more promising outcomes.

I will start using RestoreX soon too but I am happy to hear any recommendations on what I could be doing for now.

Hi HomemTorto,

I can't give recommendations (that would be up to a medical professional), but I can list what I am using.

First the efficacy of Vitamin E is questionable. I even heard it might increase chance for certain cancer if taken for too long.

I am taking a multivitamin & minerals supplement covering all basics including Vit D and B12 where I am deficient. The supplement is covering the daily recommended amounts.
These I myself would take even without the disease.

For Peyronies Disease I am following the studies of Dr. Paulis at a lower dose. I am using: Propolis, Silymarin, CoQ10 at antioxidants. I eat regular Blueberries, 100% dark chocolate and drink matcha for additional antioxidants.
I made a Methylation DNR test and found out that my genetic blueprint requires more antioxidants then the average person. Therefore I myself will take some antioxidants daily even if the active phase is over. I think of them as offering some protection for new disease with my genetic predisposition.

In addition to the supplements I use Cialis 5mg + L-Arganine 500mg daily. These were aligned and level-adjusted with my urologist and are IMHO the single most effective treatment for my condition. The strong erection helps my deformity to stretch regularly with night time erections.

Beside this many men on this forum have some (mostly general) health improvements by improving their diet. E.g. I cut all processed foods and I switched to a low carb whole food diet incorporating bio grade red meat as this gives my body a lot of nutrition. Also I only drink water and tea. Alcohol and smoking are also a no go for me with my Peyronies Disease.

Lately I am experimenting with magnesium as it might help with my anxiety.
