Seeing good results with Dr. Trost

I want to share my positive results seeing Dr. Trost for xiaflex treatment. I've had Peyronies Disease since 2019. I have a smooth banana-like curve from base to tip, and a sharp 55 degree upward angle right behind the glans which made sex awkward, and not nearly as pleasurable as it used to be. The geometry of intercourse was completely screwed up - a short and curved object in a long straight tube... doesn't work. Anyway, after verapamil and no change, after Restorex alone and no change, I decided to see Dr. Trost. First, let me say that the whole experience at Male Fertility and Peyronie's Clinic is first class from the minute you walk in the door and talk to the desk staff, to seeing the med assistant and getting prepped, to the exceptional Dr. Trost, to getting your bag of wraps and walking out the door. The staffer, wish I remembered her name, who does all the insurance work, is an expert... she takes care of everything and I have very low out-of-pocket expenses. As some here before have said, it's the best experience at a medical clinic I've ever had. And Orem is a nice place to spend a couple days in. Really beautiful surroundings. I've completed two rounds. None of it was especially bad in terms of pain and side effects. I was sore, but nothing that can't be tolerated. In fact, I enjoyed some awesome hikes in the mountains outside of town after my shots and being wrapped up - tells you how easy the discomfort is to ignore. My penis and scrotum was black and blue, but it looked way worse than it felt. One thing for sure - don't take the wrap off for a few days... your penis will swell up before your eyes! Found this out by experience... rewrapped that sucker fast! Keep the wrap on and you'll be fine. Onto my results so far. After the first round of two shots, nothing. Absolutely no change, no improvement. I was disappointed, but decided to keep going. After the second round, a different story. After the first shot, back in the hotel room that evening, I tried to do some modeling - stretching while I stayed wrapped. Suddenly, I felt, and actually heard!, a ripping sound, like if you ripped a t-shirt to make rags. Hurt like crazy, for about a second, then no pain. Kinda of scared me, I figured I had caused a fracture. I told Dr. Trost the next day when I went in for the second shot and he assured me this was good news. And it was. Now I am almost straight. Just the slightest curve, the 55 degree angle is gone, and intercourse feels almost normal again for the first time in years. I had some ED also, and though I still take tadalafil, the ED has waned. So, stick with it. See Dr. Trost. Deal with the discomfort. It's worth it.

Congratulations, tractorking! It is very motivating to hear success stories like that. I have a question: Can you describe how you did the stretching when you heard a ripping sound that evening? Did you use a traction device (if so which one)? Or did you hold your penis with both hands bending it in the opposite direction of the curvature? Or did you pull your penis away from your body in a straight line?

May I ask if you have any comparison Pictures from before and after?

Great Dane, I was just pulling while still wrapped. I have a Restorex which I use religiously but I don't use it for the first four or five days after the shots... it's too painful!
Pfract, I do have before and after pictures. After I get back from vacation I'll try to post them. The rip was very unsettling. I thought I'd fractured my penis.
