I noticed some lumps/ridges in my shaft several months back and was pretty concerned but did not have any pain at this point.

However, ever since a physical examination from a urologist 2 months ago and being prescribed Cialis, I have been experiencing stinging pain on the top side of the penis, generally near where the lumps/ridges are that I can feel.

I have temporarily stopped taking Cialis which might have made a small difference but It's still pretty much constant, from the moment I wake up to when I go to sleep.

To clarify, the pain is not coming from the urethra and doesn't feel sharp like a UTI would.

Hi Ukguy1234,

for pain, especially related to taking Cialis I would check with a medical professional.

When initially taking daily Cialis I felt a bit of "pressure" in the penis when erect at the position of my plaque. I always imagined it was stretching the plaque tissue so I was OK with it.

One more thing so: As I struggle with anxiety I noticed that I sometimes imagine that I have pain, even so there is none OR I ruminate about a simple feeling in my penis until it feels like pain.

Kind regards
