Ultrasound showed "echogenic bands" within Cavernosum - So I have Fibrosis?

Got my ultrasound report back for my own viewing and it specified "echogenic bands" on the dorsal side of my Cavernosum, as opposed to the Tunica Albuginea.

Given the location, could it actually be Penile Fibrosis?

Where it gets confusing is that the Radiologist and GP believe it is Early Stage Peyronies. However, the actual Urologist I saw said he couldn't feel any plaque upon physical examination and said radiologists can often misinterpret penile scans. He still prescribed 5mg daily Tadalafil (Cialis) as a precautionary measure. (Though it made erections almost too strong, so cut down to 2.5mg).

I have a follow-up in 3 months.

I personally feel like I may be in acute stage of either Peyronies or Penile Fibrosis which could explain why palpable detection was unsuccessful.

I have decided to document any progression of the disease for the benefit of others, who may too have similar looking symptoms.

Best thing you can do at this point is to document and keep a diary of any changes.
