What are people retorex protocols post surgery healing?

How have u used the restorex after you've healed from plication surgery and how have results been. I've heard stretching could mess with the permanent sutures but counterbending might be better?
44 years old, had this 14 years, 50° left 30° up, happened from injecting into penis, was seen once 8 yrs ago, awaiting operation
