Can a mild sex injury cause fibrosis or scarring of veins specifically?

After rough sex and a minor slippage / mis-thrust situation, I began developing hardened vein-like bands in multiple areas of my shaft about a month later.

There was no pain or anything so didnt think there was any cause for concern.

Have seen a urologist who could not identify any plaque but I'm still unsure as to what these bands actually are, if it isnt plaque.

Can you get fibrosis or scarring in veins that look like the below pictures and not be peyronies?

Your situation doesn't look too bad.

Have you had any size loss?

Curvature is a big problem with peyronies as it causes the penis to buckle when having sex.

So you're lucky you're penis is still straight.

@Bentknob

Thanks for the reply mate.

I was always 5.5 so not huge but now about 5. Definitely noticing a narrower appearance aswell.

It might look straight from a front angle but when fully erect from the side, it ends up being a 25 degree curve upwards. So just within "normal" range currently but I wasnt even aware I had an upward curve previously. Always felt like it was straight as an arrow.

If I lose my hardness at all, hinging starts occurring where the arrow is below, which also coincides with where some of the banding is:

At the moment, I fear that I may be in an acute phase. I'm monitoring very closely either way.

How are you getting on? any luck with Tadalafil and traction? Are you still taking finasteride?

I was taking Finasteride for 10 years and was peyronies free during this time.

I quit Finasteride once I developed peyronies disease.

I've been taking Tadalafil and consistently been doing RestoreX for 18 weeks.

I'm experiencing good erecrions and libido with 5mg daily Tadalafil.

RestoreX helped to smooth out the indent where curvature is. I'm yet to see improvement with curvature.

I'm hoping to get collagenase injections to reduce curvature as many experience a reduction in degrees by 50%

Do you suspect finasteride played a role? I tried it before several years ago and it impacted my erections so I stopped. I then took it up again at the end of last year, thinking the first time was just psychological. Either way, its definitely a good idea to stay away from it, no matter how thin my hair gets.

A 50 degree reduction sounds promising. Fingers crossed you get some good results brother!

How long did it take for your curve to develop out of interest?

Yes, I believe so.

I was on Finasteride for 10 years and had no peyronies disease in this time.

I believe the trauma caused with swinging on the high doses of Tadalafil & Sildenafil was the final nail in the coffin.

Had I not taken Finasteride or taken the high doses of Viagra & Cialis would I of been okay? Who knows.

It would have lessened my chances.

50 degree reduction? You mean a 50% reduction. There's a difference.

My curve developed over a year. I had a slight congenital curvature to the left to begin with. So when peyronies set in during the early acute phase I didn't notice the curvature and thought it was always that way.

It wasn't until the curvature became more severe that I knew somethingʻ was different.
