xiaflex with Dr. Trost without being circumcised

I'm going to have the injections with Dr. Trost but I'm not circumcised and I'm a bit scared because of this.
He told me that the healing time is much longer.
Has anyone had Xiaflex injections with him without being circumcised?

Circumcision speeds up recovery time caused by bruising because the bandages applied are much more effective. I am willing to have a slower recovery as long as it doesn't become unreasonable and there are no unwanted effects that could cause more serious problems

It makes a big difference because it's harder to wrap an uncircumcised penis due to the foreskin sheath. So it's harder to manage swelling. Also, the adapted wrapping technique then causes abrasion on that sensitive skin, leading to longer healing time. Finally, it's both painful and technically tricky to re-wrap at home because you need a third hand to retract the foreskin while you are swollen.

We are simply debating here whether it is harder to wrap an uncircumcised penis. My penis wasn't wrapped when I got the injections. It may be more difficult to wrap an uncircumcised penis, but it can still be done. So I don't buy the wrapping argument.

We still haven't answered the original comment that said an uncircumcised penis takes longer to heal. Which I also don't understand.

1. Call Dr Trost and ask him if he has different wrapping protocols
2. The additional chaffing and ulcers that can form due to direct coban tape contact don't help healing time. The swelling in the foreskin is tricky to manage (4 full weeks for me on my third round). It's assumed the Xiaflex itself behaves the same in cut and uncut applications.

Obviously the counterfactual is hard to run, and each patient/doctor pair will have a different process (e.g. at Dr Trost, the injection on day 2 is done wrapped).
