Hi. I'm 32yo. Last April I had an injury which resulted in a plaque and feeling of rigidity on one side of penis.

In 8 months I did an ultrasound and MRI and was diagnosed with localized plaque of micro calcifications without an ongoing inflammation and without fibrosis. The plaque doesn't have transcription on MRI. (Whatever exactly it means)

I finished a shockwave therapy 3 weeks ago. After therapy pain is almost gone. And I almost don't feel something weird during inside penis during erection. However plaque is still palpable.

I'm now looking for some oral therapy. Maybe someone had some similar condition and know what can help. Are there some chances to get rid of micro calcifications?
Localized plaque of micro calcifications so far without fibrosis. Shockwave therapy. L-carnitine, tadalafil 5mg, propolis
