Are there any penile traction Guides, either video or text with pictures, to explain how to do it safety, where to put what etc.?

I have a basic traction device, not expensive like restorex and PMP, so I don't want to hurt myself and make an already bad problem worse.

Thank you

I know there are some instructions that come with these devices. Restorex has them. AFAIK. Which leads me to ask... Is price the only factor for not getting one?

Hi!

I first bought Andropeyronie. That is an old school traction device, with the silicone band strap and so on. All look the same, the cheap ones and the mor expensive ones like Andropeyronie. The thing is, that I really could not use it. As I put on more rode to extend the device, the silicon strap started to strangle my penis and it hurt really bad. So I could not go on with that.

So I bougt the PMP. At first it was hard to manage, it was like a learning period. But now I finally got it right, and for the first time I feel that this is actually going to work. My plan is to wear it for 8 hours a day (I work from my home office) and I hope to se results within 12 weeks. This device is absolutely possible to wear so many hours. So, I very much recommend to buy the PMP.

Chronic state since late 2024.
Upward curve 45º. Nothing from the urologist.
Tried Andropeyronie for 2 weeks. USELESS.
Tried PMP, 3,5 months, didn't help the curve.
Now 4 months Restorex, nothing yet.

You are either wearing the device too tightly or adding too much tension. Take off the tension rods. Don't be aggressive with the tension.

Yes, price and availability.

On hand right now I have one metal clamp based traction device, and one silicone strap based traction device. Ideally, I would like to use one of these two, since I already have them.

If I save for maybe 6 months I might be able to buy a PMP, RestoreX out of the question and I'm okay with PMP anyway.

In the meantime, I would really like to find some decent guide for using a clamp based and strap based traction device safely.
