Hi all,

Of what I red on the forum, Acetyl L-Carnitine is better than L-Carnitine regarding to Peyronie's. But what is the dosis a day ?

45° left bend (only glans) + shortened in length. No pain.
Palpable plaque on the left right under glans.
Started in june 2024 after 10months biketrip. Keep evolving.

Yes I've heard Acetyl L-Carnitine is better also.

I take 2x 500mg tablets twice a day. That's the recommended dose.

2g a day.
35 years old
Married & open relationship
In 2023 injury caused by repeated micro trauma, first noticed in early 2024
20°-30° curvature to left
Finasteride 10 years

SOMAcorrect, RestoreX
Tadalafil, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, CoQ10, Vitamin D3 & K2
