Using traction seems to hurt. I'm worried about doing more damage with a VED.

My bend is continuously getting worse, curving to the left since a Xiaflex injury in August. I bought the Soma, but I bulge at the base due to the Xiaflex injury and I don't quite fit in the Soma with the curve.

I'm looking into other options such as the Leluv or LA pump. I'm not sure how to go about sizing, especially when I have a pronounced curved to the left.

I seem to still be in the acute phase since I believe the restorex caused more plaque where I was trying to bend it in the opposite direction.

Is a VED a good idea in the acute phase?

If so, which one do you recommend if the Soma isn't working?
Developed hourglass and hinge in 1/2024. 800 mg of pentox in February. Developed insomnia. To Xiaflex injections in August-got worse. Now have a progressing 30° plus curve and more plaque. Curve progressing despite restorex, and 70% DMSO topical

I have been using the LeLuv cylinder for quite some time. There is a pressure gauge on it and I have never gone above 5 on the pressure. I have 2 sizes, the 1 3/4 and the 2 inch models. I am sure you are nervous about worsening things but remember that doing nothing is not a good idea. I am sure that you can fit your penis into a 2 inch model. It will help straighten out things if your bend touches the sides. Her is where I purchsed my cylinders -->LeLuv Cylinders .
