Hi all,

I've posted previously of my happiness with Restorex and now am seeing astonishing results from being 3 months off of sugar!

To lose weight I've gone off sugar and I've only sporadically used Restorex this year for maintenance but I'm in awe at how wide my dick looks.

There's no doubt in my mind it's the 3 months no sugar. My dick looks great. Yeah it's still curved a bit but nothing like it was when I first developed this disease.

In the beginning my dick shrunk to like a macaroni, the letter c. Restorex DRAMATICALLY improved me over a 10 month period.

I use it for maintenance but now seeing the even MORE improvement with no sugar for three months (and barely using Restorex this year) I'm re committed to using the device regularly to see if I can get even more improvement.

But I am honestly so happy with where I am right now that I'm perfectly content if I never had any additional improvement. I love my dick again, even if it curves up a bit.

The improvement with the device plus off bread and sugar has been mind blowing.

Happy to hear you've had great results!

I follow a similar diet and hoping I can have good success with RestoreX.

I am hoping I can get a 20-30° curve down to 10° this year.

How much degrees was your improvement?

It is true that sugar can cause bodily inflammation and a lot of other problems for people predisposed to it. Did you know that the number one addictive substance to give up is actually sugar not nicotine.

+1 on cutting down on sugar.

I actually made a DNA test some time ago and found out that my body does generally not react well to sugar (glucose, fructose and lactose - yes I rolled a natural 1 on sugar acceptance). Maybe this was one piece of the puzzle for me that caused inflammation and therefore Peyronies Disease.

Now I am on low carb diet for almost 6 months and I see many improvements all around my body. Better skin, less belly fat, and maybe even a bit of improvement in Peyronies Disease/ED.

I'm not sure what the degrees of my improvement of the curve are but visually I'm very happy.

I went on the Virta keto plan at the same time as my Peyronies Disease started, so it's impossible to assess how it affected it. But for health reasons (I lost 50 lbs) it's the best move I've made health wise in my life. No sugar and very very few carbs.

Do you have days where you relax and have a treat with sugar and carbs?

I'm not super disciplined so I'll cheat occasionally. No cheat 'day' though. Interestingly, as a diabetic I'd assumed sugar was worse than carbs. Not true. My glucose might spike, but for maybe a few hours from sugar. Carbs, on the other hand, can cause a spike for days. They're a glucose machine.

One sugar substitute that I usually use is monk fruit. It sweetens my coffee and other things. I have always had a very high sweet tooth growing up and it is difficult to curtail in adulthood.

Yes, I use monk fruit also, or stevia.

One thing I've noticed is that, in the US, it's evidently okay with the FDA to label a product as "zero sugar" if they use Sucralose as a sweetener. Well, that's made from sugar and spikes my glucose just as readily. So I stay away from it, and I'm curious why they claim it's "zero sugar."

I get a migraine anytime I use sucralose, it's bad stuff for me.
