Has anyone faced issues regarding penile sensitivity? My penis is totally numb and I can barely feel hot water on my penis. I'm
Having 10mg cialis and 25mg viagra daily but still no effect on my sensation. This has been going on for nearly a decade and I'm at a loss on what to do.

Have you had your Testosterone levels checked? Have you had a groin/pelvic injury?

Yes and my testosterone was on the low end of normal literally .8 above normal. My reading was 240.8 and the acceptable level is 240. However my urologist say it's fine since it's in the 'acceptable range'. I once had a pretty bad zipper injury a couple of years back but I'm I was already having these symptoms a lot prior to my injury so I'm sure that's not the cause .

BINGO!  You just found your problem. You have very very low testosterone. Your urologist is uneducated regarding testosterone therapy and I suggest leaving him/her and finding one that will treat you. Your T levels should be around 800. I speak from personal experience. I have been on T replacement for over 20 years now and haven experienced it all. It took me about 4 to 6 doctors later who knew what they were doing.  I am telling you the truth!! Your levels are way too low.

I have been to 3 docs now and my testosterone range has been from 240-280.
But none of them are prescribing me the TRT unless it goes below the acceptable level. Does low testosterone affect sensation though? I know it has an affect on libido but I had no idea it affects sensation as well. What is the cause of low testosterone ? I'm pretty healthy and excercise regularly as well and have no underlying conditions. Thanks for your reply btw

Testosterone affects these systems in our body:  Libido, Strength, Penile sensitivity, Blood pressure, Mood, Cognitive response, ect.... You name it and it is part of it. My levels were 100 and I felt like a 90 year old. My blood pressure was very high and I lost a lot of muscle and strength. This was when I was around 40 years old. After finding the correct doctor and prescribed the correct medication I feel like a normal human being. My blood pressure also cam down. Don't believe the lie that DR's ate telling you!! Your levels are way to low for your age! In my opinion there are a lot of idiot Dr's practicing among us. They look at those stupid ranges and don't look at the patient subjectively.

Glad to hear the meds worked for you. Unfortunately none of the doctors where I live are interested in treating me for it even though I'm literally 0.8 over the acceptable level. I'm pretty active in the gym and doing exercises like squats and deadlifts to increase my testosterone naturally. I hope this is really the cause and it's not a physical issue with my penis. I was pretty convinced it was the scar tissue in my penis that was somehow affecting my nerves. I'm willing to try anything at the moment to get this fixed as I've had this issue for several years and due to my severe ED I've remained a virgin though I've been in a couple of relationships since.
