Hello everyone. I would like to ask a question regarding penile implants. I'm 25 years old, and I'm considering it as a solution for my erectile dysfunction once the pills no longer work. I read Merrix's journal, as it is the most comprehensive. He mentions how the quality of his erection is still dependent on blood flow to his penis, and he is thankful he underwent sclerotherapy before opting for his implant, as it allowed his glans to maintain good blood flow. He also mentions that if he's not aroused and tries to have sex, it feels strange and uncomfortable. This is something I've also read in other posts here. I believe one of the members, named Sonny, mentioned that he has an implant but feels discomfort because his condition prevents him from having blood flow to his penis. This would coincide with what Merrix and others have said. Anyway, I know this depends on the individual, and one of the questions I'm asking myself is how do those with implants manage to still have blood flow to their penis? I understand that some people use Cialis or Viagra even with the implant. The doctor expert in one of his YouTube videos mentioned that using a ring could be beneficial. I have a lot of doubts about this, understanding that it's not a perfect procedure. I'm even considering not having sex anymore to preserve as much healthy penile tissue as possible until I can afford a renowned surgeon. In this same line, how do people manage the cold glans? That would be all, thank you very much for your kindness :)

Axel,

I have always had cold glans, unless I wore tight underwear that kept my penis next to my body.
Everyone is different, but you might try wearing tighty whities or underwear that keeps your penis next to your abdomen. I have also noticed that if I wear polyester tight underwear, that seems to hold the heat more.
If I wear boxers, my penis definitely is cold.

Hope this helps,
