Does xiaflex decrease length

The literature is all over the place it seems. Does Xiaflex tend to result in loss of length? Can the loss be restored with traction and or VED?

I'm pretty sure Xiaflex helps increase length.

Because it breaks down the plaque.

Some say that - but I've read some reports of people saying they've lost length with its use. But thx- I'm still trying to figure this out

Xiaflex used in the experienced Dr usually does not cause loss of length. Now I can imagine that if you had an inexperienced urologist who has no clue as to the protocol the patient is supposed to do after the injections, then I suppose it is possible that
their peyronies could cause more damage. Dr Trost's protocol has been successfully used with aggressive pulling forces with Xiaflex. His patients have been very satisfied with
their decision to get Xiaflex.

I have a consult coming up with Dr Trost. I'd like to believe that if enough of the plaque could be remodeled I could restore enough blood flow to be functional again. I suppose if the ED can't be corrected via plaque remodeling/ xiaflex I'll need to start talking to implant surgeons - a scary prospect although there seem to be many that are pleased; but it seems like there's a lot that can go wrong too

I went from 6.75 inches to 5.25 inches using Xiaflex, but I also went from no ability to have sex at all (due to "hinge" at the base that made the penis completely wobbly even when the rest of the penis was firm) to having sex as often as I want. And I have been happily married for 42 years so I have a loving wife who says she hasn't noticed the decrease in size...even if she has...I have not tried using Resotex etc to lengthen the penis again...due to laziness...

Yes, I lost size which does not seem that common, but in my case it alloowed me to have alnost normal sex life again. Well worth the pain of the injections etc and the loss of length
