 Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delay in replying. I have been in China teaching shockwave therapy.

The way that we work is that we do an assessment first.  This allows us to confirm the diagnosis and discuss the available treatment options and also ascertain if you are a good candidate for shockwave therapy and what protocol we would then suggest to use. Your history of ED, medical history, lifestyle and severity of ED all need to be taken into account to make a decision. An assessment can be done face to face or remotely.

Typically we do either 5 or 10 treatments depending on the history and severity of the ED. We also tend to combine shockwave therapy with other modalities as this has shown to improve our results.

The cost for an assessment is £100 which gets deducted from any treatment you decide to have.

The cost for the treatment is as follows:

1. PAYG (pay as you go) @ £250 per session
2. Pay total on enrolment: 5 sessions @ £995

If you are going to claim through an insurance company to pay for your treatment then we expect you to pay for your treatment and we will provide you with a receipt for you to make the claim. We will not bill your insurer directly and most insurance companies such as BUPA, AXA do not cover this treatment.

Shockwave therapy doesn't work in correcting the curvature for peyronies disease.

I paid £4370 to Mansmatters in Richmond, London UK and it had no improvement.

My ED did improve.  This is is likely to be in combination with taking Tadalafil, VED and traction.

It's hard to say how effective it is for ED.

Again and again this snake oil type of treatment plagues the world in it's promise to cure peyronies. It does not! Don't waste your hard earned money on this. Go buy yourself a new outfit instead. Now there are some men who claim that it helped a little with their erections but you have to realize that they were also put on Cialis too.

There are snakes in the industry taking advantage of men in a vulnerable situation.

You can risk the money and see from first hand experience.

I'd never seen it abvised as a treatment for ED, I can't see how it would help...

Only proven treatments that work are traction, VED, Tadalafil and Xiaflex.

agreed but not tried xiaflex for me tadalafil made the biggest difference.

I haven't tried Xiaflex either as I'm from UK. I'm wanting to get it when next in America.

What's different about it? Is it expensive?

It breaks down the scar tissue and is the only injection proven to work.

The others PRP and Verapamil don't work. Another scam like ESWT to make money.

Only problem with Xialflex it is no longer available in Europe.

They withdrew the medication from the European  market and you have to go America for it. They did this because they wanted to charge more for it.
