You often hear questions like: how do you manage to practice every day? Or: how do you find time to practice every day? But even being a yoga teacher, not everyone manages to fully practice yoga for an hour or an hour and a half. However, there are several simple ways to practice yoga every day without taking too much time away from your daily routine. We are sharing with you three simple ways that will help you enjoy inner harmony and peace anywhere. And you don't need to have a yoga mat or special accessories with you.

1.    Start your morning with awareness before you get out of bed. You can still lie down, but starting with your feet and moving towards your head, feel each part of your body. This allows you to notice unnecessary tension, release it from certain areas. Maintain this awareness throughout the day. If you notice unnecessary tension, stop and release it.

2.    Practice Mountain Pose throughout the day. Mountain Pose helps us find imbalances in our posture that can cause discomfort and pain. This pose is also a fantastic pose for bringing awareness to the body, it is the building block for all other asanas. You can practice it while standing or sitting. The principles are the same. You can stand or sit with your feet apart, sit up straight, align your shoulders with your hips. Take three deep breaths to feel yourself in the present moment. You can practice this pose while brushing your teeth, washing dishes, standing in line at the store, or sitting at work. Mountain Pose can be practiced any time you are sitting or standing. This practice also helps improve your posture.

3. Stop to become aware of your breathing. This helps to calm the mind and stay in the present moment. Even 3-5 cycles of deep breathing can bring a sense of calm and energize. Try this practice if you are experiencing anxiety, worry, or loss of focus. It is recommended to even devote some time to such breathing when you arrive at work. Breathe while sitting in the car. This reduces anxiety and helps to prepare for a full working day.

Try these three simple exercises. Small, consistent changes can lead to big changes in your life and relationship with yoga.
