Help with shorting/narrowing?

I have slight curve (30-35 degree) but have lost length and girth. I have insurance approval for Xiaflex injections but have heard stories of the injections actually causing further shortening. Does Xiaflex have any effect on the shortening/narrowing? Either positive or negative? I could live with the curve but would like my size to return. Thanks in advance.
