Does an implant totally correct curvature?

I have seen 2 urologists and both are recommending a Titan implant. I have a 70 degree upward curvature with mild ED but erections are becoming less rigid. The high volume surgeon said the Titan would correct up to 30 percent and the remainder corrected by inter operative procedures during the implant surgery. Has anyone had a severe curvature that was fixed by the implant alone or did it require ad hoc surgical procedures?

My curvature was not as serious as yours, the surgeon did use the Titan as my first implant and yes it straightened a lot of it out.  The cylinders are more stiff in the Titan which helps in the straightening.
