Hello: I suspect I may be in the wrong forum so if that's the case just let me know.
Age: 75  Complete Prostatectomy Age 50
I never had a problem with erection but as of late, I'm not too lucky.
I've tried Viagra, which works, but I feel it lacks the spontaneity of intimacy. I am currently researching creams and gels and pumps- lots of information out there and probably lots of misleading suggestions. Does anyone have REAL experience with either for me to consider?
I've heard that OTC Voltaren may work. Any information will be very helpful.

Thanks

Welcome to the forum Mikeglosta and you are welcome here and you may find some info here form other members regarding ED and other info. This is a peyroneis forum and deals with such things related to that. Please fill out your signature line and you can download our survival guide.

When men are confronted with ED in any form there are several things to try. Medication such as Viagra and Tadalafil are the first choices to start with. You can also use VED for pulling in fresh blood and then use a constriction ring (cock ring) to trap the blood for only 30 minutes or so. There is also Trimix injections into your penis which will almost 100% give you a hard erection. The only problem is that this can cause priapism and possible scar tissue which could lead to peyronies. The last option is an implant which if you read here in the forum there are success stories regarding that.
Just read the forum and you will gain some knowledge about different approaches you can start with.  :)
