Medintim VED How often to pump

Hi,

I got the Medintim Manual Erection System. A urologist recommended testing VED to improve my bottleneck/hourglass.

Anyone having it? If so how often do you pump?

I found a video on their channel saying typically 10-15 times to get an erection.
Now I tried 10-12 and I feel a light pain in the penis even so I did get maybe 50% erection.
