First of all I want to thank you for your work on the forum. I thought I was almost the only case, but I see that it is not.

My question is the following. When I had my third prosthesis implanted, the doctor never talked to me about cycling. After the operation I saw him twice, once for a check-up and another to teach me how to activate and deactivate the prosthesis. I believe that if I had done cycling I would have obtained a larger size and shape of the penis. As it was 15 years ago (2009), prosthesis replacement is getting closer and closer. Do you think that when I have the replacement operation it will still be possible to cycle and obtain a better result?

I apologize if something is not understood. My English is bad and I write with a translator.

What implant are you going with?  I would think that using a VED prior to your surgery would help as well.

Hello!

Things and protocols have changed after so long. Revisions almost always give men a bigger implant due to the tissue stretching. Do you know which doctor you are going to?

Have you lost length because of your procedures?

Stepone

I am confused
why are you getting a 4th implant?
Are you 27 years old now?
Who is doing these surgeries, same doctor?
what city, country do you live in?
Sorry for all questions?

Hello!!!
I still don't know the model or the doctor who is going to implant the fourth prosthesis. My third prosthesis after fifteen years (Titan coloplast) is still working, but I am aware that the prosthesis will stop working at any moment.
My first choice is the doctor who implanted my third prosthesis; It was a very, very difficult case and he resolved it satisfactorily. Regardless of whether the second implant was infected, the doctor considered that a three-body prosthesis was necessary for my case. He liked AMS better, but since the second prosthesis was Excel Mentor (now Coloplast), Coloplast offered me the Titan. Finally he was able to implant the Titan and I am satisfied with it. I think my preference will be the Titan. I've read that AMS has released a model that grows in length and thickness, which would be fantastic, but I don't think there's any prosthesis that grows beyond the size you have.
I do not rule out the fourth implant with one of the most well-known doctors (Dr Clavell, Dr Eid...). I will find out if it is possible to have an online consultation. Anyway, whatever doctor it is, I have to take a plane.
My question was if after a review you can cycle and be able to obtain a better result. I am sure that if I had done cycling I would have obtained a better aesthetic result. From the base to the middle I have quite a thickness and from the middle it loses thickness. I guess it was due to fibrosis, hourglass... The lost size was due to Peyronie, very aggressive in my case, and not so much because of the implants.

Vertgoodactor, 15 yrs, wow it might need to go to the Smithsonian, I got my Titan in 2019 and got 5 yrs out of it before it failed.  My penis with the Titan had a bulge on the lower left side of my shaft, I guess it started about the third year, it didn't bother me but it did the wife after about 30 mins of sex.  What it was  the tubing, anyway got a hole in the tube feeding the left cylinder.  Now I have the AMS, got it 5 months ago tomorrow, love it, my pecker is working and the wife says it feels more natural to her.  I started cycling the AMS in less than 10 days.  Very good healing and was nothing like the first implant.  I have the LGX and I have not lost any length or girth.  Good luck and keep us in the loop.

WilsonMill,
so you have had the ams and wife likes it.
so does it get as thick as titan?
how are you with it?
Do you have to hold it to guide into her?
i like that i never have to touch my penis if i have been eating the spouse.
when i have had my fill, i can pull myself over my spouse and my penis glides right in, which is so hot to me,
i can totally come out and thrust it back in which the spouse loves too, I would hate to lose that.

Yes, both my wife and I like the AMS, I didnt lose any width or girth with the LGX and I am still cycling to see how many pumps it or me can handle.. it can get as hard as an anvil.  As far as guiding it in, I have always had to guide it in, even before implants.. we are all a little different there.. both you and your wifes anatomy must line up perfect, can't see where or how that would change with an implant.

WilsonMill,
Excellent! I'm glad that you and your wife like the AMS 700 LGX better, because when you have a partner, the implant is a matter for both of you. I have read that AMS 700 LGX is not advisable for cases of Peyronie's, fibrosis... This crappy  disease not only ruins your life, but is always an added difficulty for the solution. Is there anyone who knows anything about AMS 700 LGX in Peyronie's cases, fibrosis? Anyone with Peyronie's, fibrosis...with this model?
I am clear that I want the best: doctor, model... If that means moving to another continent, it doesn't matter. The day the Titan fails I want to have everything planned to carry out the implant as quickly as possible.
