Hello,

I am a 26 year old male from the Netherlands. I discovered a pea sized lump in my penis a month or two ago which has only grew a little bit so far, urologist said it was a plaque and should revisit to see status on it again in 3 months.

Now, i dont have pain with erections, and my penis does not really bend towards another side.

My urologist said this could stay like this. But to be honest i cant find any stories online of people that are this lucky. It always seems to get worse only.

So my question is:

Is it possible that my plaque just stays pea sized and im lucky?

If not, how fast can these grow over time?

Is there a chance of having this plaque and not having any bending or other symptoms?

I read on some surgery website (which might be just to promote their surgery) that plaques etc will always and only get worse with time, while my urologist says it can just get stable from now or in a year time and just stay like that forever without any problems.

I just hope that i might be lucky, and it just stays like this.

After hours of research i also came to the conclusion there really are not any proven solutions when it comes to medication or other therapy so i might just leave it alone for now and not worry about that.

I hope someone can answer my questions, i did search alot on forums and internet already but there is so much info my head is spinning, hence my topic. Thanks alot already!

Welcome Thomas123456 to the forum. Please take the time and fill out your signature line -->Signature Line . Then please download our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This will give you an in depth study of peyronies.

So did your urologist perform an ultrasound? Pea size lumps are common with peyronies and can disappear on their own and also do just the opposite and grow. You are not in any pain which is good and you say your erections are fine. I had 1 pea size lump centrally located in my penis and it did dissolve over time. I was also using traction and VED daily though.

I would say that you should try to believe that yours will shrink up and not give you any trouble. Get a hold on your emotions and don't start obsessing and worrying about this. Our mind is a powerful force and worrying just makes matters worse. If you wanted to be proactive then I suggest that whenever you engage in any sexual activity that you be careful and gentle and use a lot of lubrication. Also for intercourse you need a very hard erection with a lot of lube also.

As far as proven solutions I can say that the success rates of traction and VED are pretty good in contrast to doing nothing. So you completely got rid of your plaque through traction and VED?

How long did it take?

And I assume you were doing traction and VED daily?

I have softened my plaque through VED, Traction and daily Tadalafil.

I'm hoping I can do the same as you over time.
