5 degree correction?

So I'm currently at a 35 degree angle (dorsal), and my erection angle has undoubtedly grown stiffer, making my penis less movable.

I really just need a 5-10 degree correction/decrease for my sex life and overall confidence to improve significantly.

I want to do as little manipulation of the penis as possible, as I frequently seem to re-injure myself.

I'm currently doing heat therapy occasionally, coupled with Q10, bi-daily low-dose Cialis and a few other supplements.

Could doing heat therapy everyday perhaps improve a Peyronie's situation?

Manual traction hasn't worked for me yet, but to be fair, I haven't been super consistent.

Would love some words of encouragement or tips from you guys.

I feel really lost at times, and I genuinely wish to improve this condition, but would preferably want to do it without pulling my penis in a machine for 6 hours a day.

Thoughts?  
Man in his 20s with an upward curve caused by repeated micro-trauma.

Dormant for a long time, until new injury in June 2024.
Staying hopeful and will heal by God's will.

Doing manual traction is setting you up for a possible injury. You have no idea what force you are applying. You also may not be pulling enough. Regular consistent traction with the Restorex or PMP is what is indicated. I am sure you could fit into your schedule 30 minute sessions with the Restorex. Doing it twice or 3 times a day. Also the PMP is not difficult using it either. You could do 3 hours in the early A.M and then repeat it in the PM. Doing nothing will give you nothing. Heat therapy is excellent at healing as I have used it in the past when I was in acute pain. I would reconsider traction and also look into VED therapy.
