So I've hesitantly contacted my Irish andro today.

I'm seeking a referral to either Dr.Ralph or Dr.Osmonov in Germany. Any thoughts on who you'd see for an implant and I assume some relief incisions or worst case grafting?

Really scared atm, I have to admit. My erections are still frequent but so distressing. Twisting, hinging, bending, aching etc I feel extremely vulnerable to further injury. Just need to not damage myself before I get to either of the above. Sex and masturbation are a hell no right now.

Has anyone here had urinary issues prior to implantation? Maybe that's something to address before any surgery? I really wouldn't want any more damage to my penis through investigation. Could it be caused by the extreme hinge very low at the base that is right next to my spongiosum on the underside of my penis?

I feel like an implant will eradicate or improve all of my issues greatly. Hopefully I can convince my insurance company. Any advice on how to compel them to agreement?

Anyone who wants a little more information on surgeons in Europe head over to FT there's a few more accounts of surgery with surgeons in Germany who seem very reputable also.

Understand your issues, hopefully a good doctor would be able to get you approved with your insurance if they really see a need for the implant.  Good luck and hopefully all works out.
