Is there a best practice one can take for a new penile injury to make sure additional fibrosis does not form?

Maybe mega dose aspirin and propolis after an injury?

Treat a new injury just like you would treat any new injury. Whether or not fibrosis forms is 50/50.  Do you need to get an ultrasound or not? For pain you can take aspirin, tylenol, advil etc... Form a plan and stick with it. Be gentle regarding any sexual activity and use a lot of lubrication.
