Guys here me out,

You can find my other posts on long-term aggressive Peyronies with multiple plaque on every possible side with quite a bit of scarring everywhere etc (a bunch of dents also).

Recently, I've started three sessions of PRP accompanied by twice a week sessions of the shockwave therapy. So far, I can't say this combination has helped in any way.

But

I've been also doing VED therapy simultaneously and this time I changed the way I do it. Before, I pumped it up every 5 seconds and then released pressure after full erection - then repeated for 15 minutes. Now, what I do is pumping it up to maximum and keeping it like that for 20-30 minutes.

I remember a bunch of people was saying that it could cause trauma (and I guess for some people it did exactly that). And I also followed the warning and didn't do it. But what happened to me this time was basically a temporary filling out of the dents and giving a crazy good stretch (at least in the tube). A few days ago my private part was so stretched, and dents so filled out, to the point it was almost as big as it was before Peyronies Disease. I was quite shocked

The problem is that I'm afraid this effect is rather temporary and I noticed it's usually easier to get this filling out effect on the days when I do the shockwave therapy. Also, to get the effect, I have to tilt the tube quite a bit (right side doesn't fill out completely) and wait for quite a bit of time. I've also tried getting aroused by watching some pictures to have an even better stretch in the tube.

Also, I'm not sure to what extent this filling out effect lasts... but I've noticed that sometimes my private part looks much fuller and thicker when flaccid, sometimes for a day.

Any thoughts?

What you are actually doing is following a, "pumping" routine that men who want to enlarge their penises. There is a forum where men focus on getting their penises larger by stretching, jelqing, pumping and various other techniques. Beware though that there is the possibility of doing more damage to your member. The protocol here is way more gentle and less aggressive.

Thanks for your reply and the information.

Apart from posing a potential risk, has this routine actually helped anyone? The fact that it temporarily improves the dents is very interesting and I'm curious whether there's more to it.

I've already filled an indent and have a thicker penis from using both VED and traction.

I do 4x 2 minute sessions. 8 minutes in total.

The SOMAcorrect recommends 10 minutes daily.

Thanks for your reply. And I'm happy to hear that it helped you.

I had a similar routine for longer than a year and it was helping initially.

At this point it doesn't make much difference and hasn't had any effect on my dents - that's why the change of approach.

The instruction that I have says 20 minutes, so I've been trying to stick to that limit (although often go beyond it)
