Lump just below the glans - which traction device to use?

Hi,

Background:
I have 1-1.5 cm lump ( ultrasound showed it, echo rich region ) just below the glans on the left ( lateral ) side, probably Peyronie, I have 30 degree curvature ( towards left ) at erection, I see some indentation too. The disease is ongoing for 6 months. I am taking tadalafil for 3 months. Some supplements: Q10, propolis, ginkgo, silymarin, arginine. 3 months ago the degree was 10-20 only. I have pain mostly at the ejacuation time only.

Question:
Which traction device to use? It can be problematic for me because the lump is just below ( after ) the glans, and it could cause more problems if the device does large pressure on that area. For example I read a comment that the device's pressure caused indentation at least at one person.

As I read the experiences:
Penimaster pro - it could cause pain below the glans area
RestoreX - as I read, it is uncomfortable to use, like penis in a prison, and I see that the area below the glans gets some pressure too ( outside of the pressure on the glans ).
Andropeyronie - As I see, the glans has to go through the hole under the "androcomfort", so the pressure will happen again on the territory where my lump is present.

I asked relevant question at the restorex webpage and I got an answer mail where they say:

"It is common for the curvature to be lateral and you can adjust the RestoreX so that the counter-bending is in the right opposite direction: the rods (standards or longs) will be screwed into the 2 holes located on the right side of the pelvic ring (see photos).

Yes, it is definitely possible closer to the glans.  In cases like this, we usually recommend to counterbend to 30 or 60 degrees only and then place something like a large gauze roll between the penis and the device so that it ends up creating a long arc."

Sorry that I share the content of a mailing but this info can be useful. But I am still wondering whether one of the device types could be good for me.

Is here anyone who has the issue near ( just near after ) to the glans, like at me? And what are the suggestions, experiences?

Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum Axolotl and first things first please fill out your signature line -->Signature  Line . This gives a quick snapshot of your peyronies and will give you a better member response to your questions. Then please feel free to download and study our survival guide -->Survival Guide . This will give you an in depth study of peyronies and it's different treatments.

I too had a lump very close to my glans and I started with the PenimasterPro and it did not aggravate things any worse. I did have to find the correct combination of sluices and diaphragms before everything worked like clock work. The glans chamber is very comfortable to wear.

The Restorex does work wonders too with a more aggressive pulling force. The clamping mechanism may be just too much for you at this time though. It excels at providing counter bending where your deformity is located.

You need to adopt the mindset that this is a marathon and not a sprint. These things take a lot of time and dedication and repetition.  :)

Hi, thanks for the answer.

As I see at the Penimaster Pro, during wearing it the penis becomes filled with blood in some degree. At such case it is possible that the penis begins curving at that phase. At my case ( and maybe at yours ) the penis is streight but only the glans is directed to the side. The Penimaster Pro would use the glans and the glans's base for fixation. As far as I know the penis shouldn't be streched when it is erected. At other devices, which don't use the sucking machanism, the penis is not filled with blood and it is straight, so it can be streched. At the Penismaster Pro and Phallosan Forte it is somewhat filled with blood and begins curving. So I don't understand how they can work at such case. At these devices it is not only the question how much pressure they do on the area where my lump and curvature are, but additionally what I mention here is the half erected penis with curvature should or shouldn't streched. I hope you understand me.

Thx

The PMP will give you a more gentle stretch compared to the Restorex. If you do get an erection while wearing it wont hurt you and usually wont last long.

If the problem with the manual streching is that it can be either not enough or too lot of stretch, at the PMP belt system the similar happens because at such case dynamical streching is ongoing where we cannot set the force very precisely. What is your comment about this?

I have the belt system and have tried it but for the reason you mentioned I do not use it. I have no idea just how much tension is being provided. With the rod system you can definitely see where the traction sits with the numbers at the bottom of the unit. Look at the diagram...
