Simplex

Hi everyone one,

I am in my late 20s and and I am currently 30 days post op after plication surgery correcting 50 degrees downward congenital curvature .

2 weeks after surgery I was euphoric when I finally seen my penis without a curve, especially without loosing much length Which I was concirned about .

Now I am really worried regarding the loss of sensation, I don't feel pretty much any sensation in the upper part of the penis from the incision line up to the top half of the glans. The left side feels normal and the right side feels sensitive to touch .

I have mentioned this to the urologist and he downplayed it, and said it may help with premature ejaculation and it will improve with time .

- have anyone had similar experience ?
- when did it get better ?
- is there is any drugs and supplements that help nerve regeneration that I could use ?

My surgery was excision and grafting (not plication). I also had numbness. Healing is a long slow process, don't rush it. It was about 4 months for me before everything felt more 'normal'.

Simplex, I recall some sensation loss following pliction surgery. Eventually, sensation returned to normal.

Will share additional note. I was a hell of a lot more concerned earlier in 2024 when my right hand & wrist were paralyzed following a nerve injury. Not only was my hand useless from wrist down, there was constant "needles & pins."

It's a lot easier to get along without a penis than it is a hand. But, I think you'll be okay.
