Best supplement for erections?

Hi guys,

If you could take one oral drug for erectile dysfunction, what would be the most effective?

Not including Cialis, viagra etc.

I am unable to take any ED meds because of my SNHL hearing loss. As far as I know currently DR's are finding that it does not help with peyronies. I believe this is Dr Trost's opinion.

You might want to look into 9-10mg of Boron daily. It binds up with SHBG which increases your free testosterone. It also helps increase bioavailability of vitamin D and decrease inflammatory markers like C-RP. Anything that helps with microcirculation is helpful for Peyronie's treatment.

Anecdotally, I noticed a profound increase in morning erections when I use it. I cycle three weeks on, one week off to avoid my body overproducing SHBG as compensation.
