Best current Pentoxifylline generic makers? (Most effective/fewest side effects)

After several years of not taking Pentoxifylline I need to restart. Previously, I took a generic Pentox made by Mylan that was not only the most effective for me but also had the fewest side effects. It's no longer available. Could guys taking Pentox in the USA please share the maker of the one you are taking and pharmacy that carries it? Thanks.
