What do you think Serrapeptase as supplement as antifibrotic and anti-inflammatory?

Im in a relationship
October 2023 my penis bent during sexual intercourse
treatments tried: colchicin, vitamin E and L-arginine

I use neprinol during inflammatory phases. I have the feeling it works against inflammation. The anti fibrotic part I haven't seen any improvements
Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.
