I don't have a real curvature but definitely scarring present. Slight ED started two years ago but was fixable via tadalafil, which actually bothered me then. Now I'm at the point where I'm even glad to have erections with tadalafil.
I'm considering PRP shots for ED but cant seem to find any posts with good results. Although a lot focused on curvature.

Anyone has good long term ED results with PRP?
Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.

Hi there. I'm currently doing three rounds of PRP with shockwave therapy and so far have no results - either in terms of Peyronies Disease or EQ.

Still, my doctor (whom I sufficiently trust) told me that people who only suffer from erectile dysfunction usually have good results with PRP. In his practice, he definitely saw more people getting some results for EQ than for Peyronies Disease.

Sorry, I'd love to bring you some good news but not much for the moment. I'm finishing the last round of PRP in late September and will report afterwards.
Mild S-shaped curve, with some 10* deviation to the left. Biggest problem - multiple dents on each side, mild ED, worsening hour-glassing and wasting. Sexually active, have a girlfriend. Xiapex, PRP, supplements, shockwave, RestoreX - nothing helped.

Thanks Bentoboy, looking forward to hear any possible furure improvements in terms of EQ

From what I have read and seen on this board... PRP never gave anybody any improvement.. Sadly. And it's costly too.
