Dorsal Vein acting as a tether

Hello.

My dorsal vein has developed a firmness in the last 2 cm of my penis.  Where the dorsal vein meets the glans, there is now a somewhat hard mass.  When I get an erection, the dorsal vein at the end does not stretch and is pulling back on the mass in my glans like a tether.  The harder I get, the more the pain.  Ejaculation creates intense pain as I get my hardest and the dorsal vein reins back on the mass in the glans.  Because the top of glans is being held back and the bottom of the glans still expands forward, the glans tilts upward.  My urologist calls this a Peyronies variant.

Does anyone know if therapeutic ultrasound will help with the firmness around the dorsal vein or the mass in the glans?  Or possibly make it worse?

Thank you in advance.
