Hi there,

Just recently I started a new treatment, which is a combination of PRP, Shockwave therapy and VED. The plan as follows:

* three PRP injections (month apart)
* shockwave therapy (twice a week)
* daily VED (15-20 minutes)

After my first injection (in the plaque and around the plaque - maybe around 15 injections in one go as I have a lot), penis looked thicker and the plaque barely palpable for about a week. Now it got somewhat back to ,,normal" but still somewhat better overall.

The dents don't seem to improve much. But because of this exta thickness, the dents don't stand out that much (I think).

It's to early to tell whether it's helping or not but I'm quite excited about it nevertheless.

I'll keep this thread updated.
Mild S-shaped curve, with some 10* deviation to the left. Biggest problem - multiple dents on each side, mild ED, worsening hour-glassing and wasting. Sexually active, have a girlfriend. Xiapex, PRP, supplements, shockwave, RestoreX - nothing helped.

Definitely keep us updated on the progress of this. Shockwave therapy has been a big $$$$ for Dr's but has not delivered on the improvement of peyronies.

I've had 6 weekly sessions of shockwave therapy and it didn't help curvature or to break up the plaque.

Only thing it did help with was ED. I had much higher libido, stronger errections and better orgasm.

However this was combined with VED, supplements and Tadalafil.

Shockwave therapy doesn't do much on its own. The idea is to do it with PRP - you try to "reactivate" the plaque first and then promote normal healing via PRP.

My urologist had cases of men getting some decent results with it (especially for EQ). Plus there seem to be some occasional studies that touch upon the subject.

I would never do shockwave therapy on its own (did it once - no result whatsoever).

Hi there, I'm wondering how this treatment went for you. I'm considering something similar with Dr Castiglione in London.

Peyronies first noticed in February 2025, bend to the right, about five degrees. Taking 5mg Cialis, COq10, vitamin E and using Somacorrect.
