I've just purchased a RestoreX.

I'm starting with stretching first and haven't yet tried counterbending.

Am I using it correctly?

I've pulled out the black rods as far as possible and then released the spring to create tension.

The white lines have remained buried.

Also I'm assuming you have to clamp as much of the bell end as possible?

If you clamp just the foreskin it slips out over time.

Any suggestions?

You are not supposed to clamp your foreskin. The instructions require you to pull back your foreskin and clamp the exposed glans.

Everything looks good but you are supposed to pull your foreskin back to expose your glans. You have buried the white lines which is good and also using the makeup pads for gripping action. Without you pulling back your foreskin it looks like you are only giving a good stretch to your outer skin of your penis. You need to actually be stretching the internal portion of your penis and be sure that your outer skin is kind of loose. Over time you will get the hang of the device.

When I pull the foreskin back my penis can be stretched really long.

The problem is the foreskin rolls back up and it pops out.

EDIT:

I've now used the tape provided to stop the foreskin from rolling back up so the penis doesn't slip and pop out the device.

I find the tape provides grip.

Does this now look right?

Looks good. Reminds me of mine during that time. Very elastic. I'd recommended getting the makeup pads and keeping the foreskin completely out of the clamp.

Is it normal for your glands to go a purple colour from the pressure in the clamp?

It feels cold afterwards and a purple colour after a 30 minute session.

I'm worried about circulation.

In the instructions it shows to use a make up pad on one side of the clamp and tape on the other.

Then to put tape around your glands.

I've put a loose layer on to ensure it's not too tight for circulation.

Also I've clamped just under the glands.

Does this seem better?

This is how I've set it up.

I found a make up pad on both sides makes it too thick to clamp your penis inbetween.

Have now tried counterbending for the first time.

My penis curves to the left.

So I am bending in the opposite direction.

I actually use the makeup pads on both sides. I am cut so I can put the device on rather quickly. I do know that guys who are not cut have a difficult time sometimes putting it on. Just keep using it and it will become second nature.

Thanks again for your help.

I'm worried about losing the screws when changing from lengthning to counterbending.

As I have to change the settings every time each day.

I feel like it's only a matter of time before I lose the screws.

Is there an effective way to do both lengthning and counterbending under the same setting?

I use the makeup pads on both sides. In also wrapped the pads with gauze because I had slippage. I don't wrap my dick at all.
But I don't clamp that much of the dick.
I line up the ridge with the ridge on the clamp and clamp.

Thanks for the tips.

Is this the set up you use?

So tape around and use both pads, with the foreskin down, you clamp just the tip of the glands?

Does it look like this?

Yes, I followed the documents from RestoreX.com.
As far as I know you're not supposed to clamp the shaft:

But note that my glans might be smaller than yours.

In my case the slight pain subsides after a minute or two.

I'm copying the guide with placement.

I keep releasing it and keep trying for my penis to adjust.

I'm aiming for about here as shown.

get the hang of it. Looks good.

Does anyone find the grip of the tape wears out after a few uses causing slippage?

I'm having to regularly apply fresh tape to the make up pads.

I think that I see what's going on...you're putting tape on the makeup pads and that tape is slipping. I don't find that I need tape on the makeup pads, so I don't experience slippage.

Are you using tape on the makeup pads because of pain? Have you tried just the makeup pads without the tape?

I use tape on the pads to stop the penis slipping out.

And also pain when stretching is normal?

Stretching from traction can be uncomfortable. A little discomfort is normal as is coldness to your glans and/or shaft. Now pain is a different story here. Rate your pain on a scale of 1 - 10. With 10 being the worst and 1 almost nothing.

I'd say pain was about a 6 initially, and then less afterwards. The coldness was concerning, but passed quickly. I used a USB warmer at first after the sessions but stopped after a few sessions because I learned that the cold wasn't damaging the glans at all.

I am getting the hang of it now.

I've been doing straight traction only for now until my penis gets use to being stretched.

Have already noticed an improvement.

My indent is filling out. My penis is looking thicker where the indent is and the curvature looks more gradual than a sharp turn.

Very pleased.

Don't have the slippage problem without tape on the makeup pads here. And I wouldn't call it pain, I just feel it. It doesn't hurt, I just feel the stretch :-). If it was painful, I don't think that I'd do it. Pain is nature's way of telling you that something's wrong, in my opinion, anyways.
