Would a colonoscopy make Peyronie's worse? Has anyone heard or experience this?

Injury diagnosis April 2023; first symptoms pain, slug penis, new upward curve and indent dorsal base of head an two indents on right side.
Did Pentox 2x 400mg for 3 months. Now only tadalafil

I have never heard of a colonoscopy causing peyronies.
Lump 4/2020, age 63 , Dr Levine 6-26-20, Dors Curve 11/2020, Peyronies
Vit E400mg, COQ10, Heat Therapy, Penimaster, Pentox, Cialis, Restorex
SNHL 7/2020 - Stopped all Meds because ototoxicity  Heat/traction/VED are working. CPPS Diagnosis - Stable :)

I get yearly colonoscopies due to a genetic disease and I had colon cancer. So I have had 4 since peyronie's and didn't notice any changes.

65 angle just below circum

There was someone on here a few years ago claiming he thought his colonoscopy had something to do with it. I don't see how it is possible.
Developed peyronies 2007 - 70 degree dorsal curve
Traction/MEDs/Injections/Surgery 2008 16 years Peyronies free now
