I'm 34, realised I had ED with my first ever partner at 30, was on pills for a few years until they gradually stopped, then injections (Caverject (Until there was a shortage), now viridal duo). I have noticed the injections are gradually slowly not working as good as it once did. I'm nervous but hopeful of implants and not sure if it's my next step or should I be trying different injections? I heard of Invicorp are how it's better, but it's so hard to see a urologist at the moment I don't know how long that will take to even get. I live in London UK.

I don't even know the root cause of my ED. Urologists have not done any tests on me other than my bloods which came back normal (T levels are just in range of OK). So am I coming to the end of injections and most likely going to need an implant?

Coming to the decision of an implant is a combination of many things you have tried that are not resolving things now. I do not know of an implant Dr in London, possibly other members will chime in. Have you possibly considered a virtual consult with Dr Eid in NY? He would be my first and only choice for an implant surgeon.

Now I am an advocate for men's hormones being in tune and I can tell you that 99% of Dr's out there are clueless as to the correct tests and the individuals subjective symptoms. You say your levels are OK within normal range? Are they at the bottom of the normal range or midddle? I say this because I have been on full hormone therapy for the past 20 years and have learned a little about how it all works. I would say you need to find a competent Dr who could actually test you Free T levels, prolactin, E2, estrogen and a few others to see if that is what is causing you problems.

Thanks for your response, yes my t levels are at the bottom of the range, so because of that they said my levels are within range and normal despite it being at the very bottom. I hope someone from the UK can help, because I'm not sure what to do at this point. The NHS here doesn't really know what to do and the urologists I see are around 3-5 months wait time which is taking a toll on my mental health, as I know it does many others.

Since injections lose their effectiveness, it is worth trying different drugs or dosages before considering an implant. Invicorp may be an alternative, but getting advice from a specialist is important to choose the right treatment.

Implants are the next step if conservative methods no longer help, but this decision requires careful discussion with a urologist. Wait for a response from the specialists and maybe try other injections while waiting for a consultation.
Cialis and other ED meds I order only from a trusted pharmacy, always excellent quality. Order quality Cialis here

Thanks, Bobbyy.

I've recently seen my urologist and spoke about the effectiveness of the injections decreasing and they said they could try invicorp if I want, but apparently alprostadil injection are more effective(Not for me sadly) very anxious about trying the invicorp, I have them now but don't want to even attempt to take it if I'm feeling anxious.

If this doesn't work well then they said I would need the implant which didn't scare me as I know it's the ultimate step I need to eventually take. Although my weight is on the bigger right at the moment they said I won't be a candidate and need a size 100 waist before getting the implant, so i'll work on my self for now.

If your branded dosage product does not provide enough results in your body during intercourse hour, better to try a new dosage to boost your erection level.
