Can someone help me with this problem that I have , specifically hourglassing

While going from soft to hard i experience hourglassing in the mid shaft
I can't achive a firm errection, some people say it's caused by tight pelvic floor muscles, or issues with pevic floor, other people say it's scar tissue or fibrosis inside the penis
Can somebody give me some advice or people that have had hourglassing and got rid of it or cured it

Thanks

I had this for around two years before I had developed peyronies. Still not sure exactly what the cause is.

Although weirdly I do not have it anymore

Curve to the right that fluctuates between 20-30 degrees and indentation. Indent is exactly where the curve is.

Can you explain more?
Mild S-shaped curve, with some 10* deviation to the left. Biggest problem - multiple dents on each side, mild ED, worsening hour-glassing and wasting. Sexually active, have a girlfriend. Xiapex, PRP, supplements, shockwave, RestoreX - nothing helped.

Can you elaborate more on how your condition improved? Thanks

Sure. When getting an erection pretty much up until about 75% erect there would be a visible hourglass. I looked around on Reddit at the time and saw quite a few people who had the same thing, and I'm pretty sure its a symptom of hard flaccid or something to do with the pelvic floor, in other words unrelated to peyronies. It did not happen every time getting an erection. It most commonly happened if I got an erection not long after ejaculating.

This post from Reddit has images of what it looks like from some guy who has it. There are many other images on Reddit of people with it if you look around: https://old.reddit.com/r/PeyroniesSupport/comments/1d998vd/flaccid_semierect_hourglass_erect_indentation_5/ (click on the image where he says its a 60% erection).

But yeah, for some reason when I started dealing with peyronies, I've never once experienced that again. I have no idea why it went away.

Ironically enough, I recall searching hourglass shape penis into google and discovering what peyronies was at the time, and the relief I felt when I realised it wasn't that. Lo and behold here I am a few years later 8)
