Hi All

I've had Peyronie's for around 10 years now. Definitely in the acute phase. I started taking NMN (600Mg daily) a round two months ago and have seen a marked improvement in flaccid length, fullness, ease of getting an erection, virility and all round energy levels. There is also a definite improvement in curvature of at least 10 degrees, maybe 20.
Really pleased with this supplement as I have not tried anything else for around five years or so now. I started taking NMN for post Lyme disease treatment but have seen benefits Peyronies-wise for sure. I have now stopped taking viagra completely.

Thanks for sharing Savara. sounds promising. Isn't this a "non approved" supplement which is a bit harder to get

Peyronie since 2020. Inflammation started probably after microtrauma. Almost no curvature. Still a weak spot with  scarring. At this point biggest issue is ED and once in a while recurring inflammation.

I'm in the UK where it's very straightforward to get hold of. It's all over Ebay even. It's marketed as an "anti-aging" supplement. Definitely has many advantages, I can vouch for that. Are you in the US? Not sure of its status there.

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing.

How often do you take it and, if you have any scarring, dents, hourglassing, has it helped in any way?

Thanks
28 y. o. Peyronies since 2020: very mild S curvature with the top part tilting to the left - 10*. Extensive scarring everywhere, wasting, hourglassing, lumps. Progressive Peyronies Disease, never stabilised. Somewhat acceptable EQ.

Am I the only one who's gonna try this?
Anyone else with experiences?
A bit concerning that it is "harder" to get. All other supplements are over the counter on any supplement site. NMN only on a few sketchy sites. Very little to no studies also

Just got mine today (500mg, two capsules a day). I'll try it for a month or so, will report back later!

I've taken NMN for years, even before the Peyronie's started. Can't vouch for or against its usefulness wrt Peyronies Disease.

FYI. Per AI:

"Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is a compound that has been studied for its potential health benefits, particularly in the field of aging and age-related diseases. Some of the health claims associated with NMN include:

1. **Anti-aging**: NMN is believed to boost NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) levels in cells, which play a key role in energy production and cellular metabolism. Increasing NAD+ levels may help to counteract some of the effects of aging on cells and tissues.

2. **Energy metabolism**: NAD+ is essential for the conversion of nutrients into energy within cells. By supporting NAD+ levels, NMN may help improve energy metabolism and overall cellular function.

3. **Mitochondrial function**: NMN has been suggested to support mitochondrial function, which is important for energy production and overall cell health.

4. **Cardiovascular health**: Some studies suggest that NMN may have a positive impact on cardiovascular health by improving blood flow, reducing oxidative stress, and supporting healthy blood vessel function.

5. **Neuroprotective effects**: There is some evidence to suggest that NMN may have neuroprotective effects and could potentially help protect against age-related cognitive decline and neurodegenerative diseases.

6. **Anti-inflammatory properties**: NMN may help to reduce inflammation in the body, which is associated with a wide range of chronic diseases and conditions.

It's important to note that while there is promising research on NMN, much of the evidence comes from animal studies or early-stage clinical trials. More research is needed to fully understand the effects of NMN supplementation in humans, its long-term safety, and its potential benefits for various health conditions. As with any supplement, it's best to consult with a healthcare provider before starting NMN or any other new supplement regimen."
