New study:can anyone explain?

I've just come across this new study  TGF-β1 induces formation of TSG-6-enriched extracellular vesicles in fibroblasts which can prevent myofibroblast transformation by modulating Erk1/2 phosphorylation. (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC11136978/)


Can anyone who has the knowledge of these things explain it? I'm too dull to understand it, tbh
